Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
3 navel oranges
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Brandy
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise



Instructions:

Cut oranges in half. Carefully remove flesh with grapefruit knife, and chop it find together with chicken. Add Ketchup, Brandy, salt, pepper and enough mayonnaise to bind mixture. Fill orange shells with this mixture. Garnish each with a glazed cherry.
