Ingredients: 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 2 cups cubed granny smith apples 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup honey 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard dash of dried rosemary 4 cups cooked sea shell noodles Instructions: Combine cooked and drained sea shells, chicken, mayonnaise, celery, honey, and mustard. (May put in minced onion if you wish.) Chill until 10 minutes before ready to serve. Add apples and pecans just before serving. Serve on pads of lettuce with a display of tomato wedges. Serve croissants on the side. |
