Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 4 tsp baking power 2 eggs, lightly beaten 4 Tbsp butter, melted 1-1/2 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup milk 2 ripe bananas, mashed Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls onto a 350-degree griddle. |
