Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1 pkg. refrigerated ready-to-slice sugar cookie dough

Slice dough about 1/8 inch thick. Overlap slices in a 10-inch pizza pan in concentric circles. Press dough together with fingers to make a crust. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10 minutes. Remove from oven but leave oven on.

2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

In a medium bowl mix together above ingredients; spread on partially baked cookie crust. return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until filling is barely set. Cool completely.

Fresh fruit

Glaze:
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1/4 freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:
In a small sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Stir gently over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Arrange a variety of fruit in a decorative pattern over cooled filling Brush with glaze and chill.
