Ingredients: 4 cup blueberries 2 cup sour cream 2 Tbsp vanilla 2 cup packed brown sugar Instructions: Spoon fruit into individual 4 oz. oven proof serving dishes. Mix sour cream and vanilla. Spoon mixture over fruit. Top with brown sugar. This seems like a lot of brown sugar, but it is required. Broil for 3-4 minutes, watching carefully. The brown sugar should melt and caramelize, but should not burn. |
