Ingredients: 1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions: Cream together sugars, butter & eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder & baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Then add oatmeal, nuts and coconut. Mix well by wooden spoon. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Makes about 90 cookies.
