Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups granola 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup shopped pecans 1 teaspoons vanilla 1 pound Belgian chocolate Instructions: Mix the above ingredients together. Melt in a double boiler 16 ounces dark Belgian chocolate. Grease an 8x12 pan. Make two layers, each with a chocolate and peanut butter mix. Then refrigerate. Indulge! |
