Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
12 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, cut in thin slices
2 cup pure vermont maple syrup
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all above ingredients together and place in a 6x4x2 baking dish.

Topping:
In a food processor blend the following ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Mix and sprinkle on apples. Cover with Foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
