Ingredients: This recipe brought to you by our Featured Inn of the Week Comfy 'n Cozy Bed & Breakfast in Fairbanks, Alaska RHUBARB CRISP 3 cups rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg, well beaten 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick) 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2/3 cup all-purpose flour Mix together the rhubarb, sugar, and egg. Place in 9 inch square casserole dish. Combine the butter, brown sugar and flour. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
