Yield: 1 dozen 

Ingredients:
Approximately 8 oz. of imported chestnut puree
1 cup of bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup of grand marnier liqueur

whipping cram (optional)
chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:
Bouchee au Marron et Chocolat

Follow your own favorite recipe for cream puffs.

When cream puffs are cool, fill two thirds of the way with the following mixture:

Approximately 8 oz. of imported chestnut puree
1 cup of bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup of grand marnier liqueur

When filled, top each puff with whipping cream and chocolate shavings.
