Ingredients: 8 egg whites 2 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 2 tsp honey 1 1/4 cup pastry flour 15 oz unsweetened coconut Mini chocolate chips Instructions: Put weet ingredients and sugar in a stainless steel bowl. Hold bowl over low flame and heat unti warm to touch, then fold in other ingredients. Chill for at least one hour. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
