Ingredients: 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 cup oats 2/3 cup nuts 1/2 cup Angel Flake coconut Instructions: Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add oats, nuts and coconut; mix well. Chill for 2 hours. Roll dough into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool. |
