Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
9" baked pie crust

Filling:
1 1/2 c. (6oz) shredded swiss cheese
1 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. cooked and drained wild rice
1/4 c. diced green and red pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Sauce:
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Cool crust. Put some cheese in bottom of crust. Mix all the filling and mound in crust. Mix sauce and put on top of the filling. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 400 degrees with the remainder of the breakfast for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
