Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups peeled, chopped apple
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add to sour cream mixture, and beat until combined. Stir in chopped apple and 1/2 chopped pecans.

Turn into greased loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Stir until mixture boils. Reduce heat, boil for one minute. Drizzle sauce on bread and top with remaining chopped pecans.
