 Pear and Cognac Clafoutis Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
5 eggs
3/4 sugar
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp B&B Liqueur
5-6 Bartlett pears



Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, sugar, flour, and 1/4 cup of the B&B Liqueur. Peel and slice pears and toss with the remaining Tbsp B&B Liqueur; spread in a buttered 10 inch deep pie dish or oval baking pan. Pour clafoutis batter on top and bake until the center has set and the clafoutis is slightly puffed. If you like, sprinkle with toasted chopped almonds and confectioners' sugar before serving.
