Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup oil 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups corn flakes 1 1/2 cups oatmeal 12 oz chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream the butter and margarine with the two sugars and mix well. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture alternately with the oil until it is thoroughly mixed. Stir in corn flakes, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets, 3" apart, or by teaspoonfuls for smaller cookies. Bake for 12 minutes untill golden brown. |
