 Devon Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
2 packages of crescent dinner rolls
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup caster or granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
cinnamon sugar: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whip the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar together until softened, set aside. Butter a 9x13 baking dish and cover the bottom with one layer of crescent dinner roll dough, keeping the dough as intact as possible. Spread the filling over the dough. Top with berries. Cover the cream cheese filing and berries with another layer of crescent dinner roll dough. Pour melted butter on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.

*Serve with a dollop of Devon Cream or Clotted Cream, topped with a sprig of fresh mint! Wonderful with delicious English tea.
