Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients: 1 cup butter 4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 1 Tbsp strong coffee, optional 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 6 oz chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt together the butter and chocolate, set aside. Beat together the sugar and eggs until ribbons form. Stir the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and add 1 T. strong coffee if desired. Mix together the flour and baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with the chips and nuts. Bake 30 minutes. |
