Ingredients: Mix together: 1 beaten egg 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 tbls. + 1 tsp. all-purpose flour 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 tsp. salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop dough by small teaspoonfuls, 3 inches apart on parchment (or foil) lined cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove when cool. Melt chocolate chips on medium in microwave and spread on backs (shiny side) of cookies. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts over melted chocolate. Set aside to let chocolate set. |
