 Frozen Toffee Dessert Recipe

Yield: 15 servings 

Ingredients:
3 cups crumbled oreo cookies
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 package brickle chips
1 jar hot fudge (warmed)
Whipped cream
Marachino cherries

Instructions:
Combine cookies, crumbled and melted margarine, blend and press firmly into a lightly greased 13"X9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

Spread 1/2 ice cream over cookie crust, sprinkle 1/2 toffee chips. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze until very firm. When ready to serve, cut into squares, spoon warm fudge sauce over each piece, whipped cream, top with a cherry.
