Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar (packed) 1 cup sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Instructions: Mix sugars, butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls or use a cookie scoop (or small melon baller). Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, about 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool slightly before removing from pan. |
