Ingredients: 2 cups flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (optional)
1 stick butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions: Cut butter into flour. Mix together ingredients. Knead, but do not over-knead. Roll out. Fold in half and roll out again. Cut into hearts or circles. Bake in 425°F to 450°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
