Ingredients: Filling: Mix together, press into 9x13 baking dish. 4 medium Granny Smith apples-peeled, cored and sliced 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar Sprinkle on apple mixture: 1 cup frozen blueberries Topping: Mix together the following ingredients and sprinkle over the blueberry mixture: 1 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup unbleached flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 4 tsp. canola oil 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 Tbsp. orange juice Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
