![]() 1 box (1 pound) confectioners' sugar 1 cup (8 ounces) graham cracker crumbs 1 cup (8 ounces) peanut butter 1 cup (8 ounces) melted margarine 1 package (12 ounces) chocolate chips Instructions: No baking! Plus simple ingredients! These are so easy and so good that you just might make them every week. Served with a piping hot cup of tea at check-in time. They're to die for! Mix together in one bowl the confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and margarine. Mix all together well with a spoon and then with your hands. Pat mixture into a foil-lined, ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the mixture. Cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate just begins to look dull around the outside edges. Remove and score the chocolate into 60 pieces (10x6). Return to the refrigerator. Cut all the way through pieces before serving. Can be eaten in less than one hour after putting in the refrigerator. Keep in the refrigerator or you can freeze them and keep frozen for up to 3 months. |
