Ingredients: 2 lbs. nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups uncooked quick or regular oatmeal
2-4 cups fresh or canned fruit
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions: Mix yogurt and oatmeal. Add any combination of fruit. May add nuts. Stir together, place in bowl or container and cover. Must allow to "sit" overnight; also keeps well for several days. Serve in attractive bowl, garnished with jams, fresh fruit, mint.
