Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
Lemon Yogurt Cake

1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated zest of 1 lemon

Lemon Glaze:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water



Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350; cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and slowly beat into butter mixture, alternating with the yogurt, lemon juice and zest.

Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes.

For Glaze:
Cook ingredients for 10-15 minutes or until it becomes syrup. Pour over warm cake.
