Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 5 servings 

Ingredients:
6 firm ripe pears
4 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice

Raspberry Sauce:

1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar


Instructions:
Peel the 6 pears, leaving stems. Cut thin slice off bottom of each so it will stand upright. Place pears in large saucpan; add 4 cups cold water and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10-15 minutes. Drain. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Serve with Raspberry Sauce.


Raspberry Sauce:
Mix together the 4 ingredients above. Blend on high speed for one minute.
