Ingredients: 1 loaf French bread, cubed
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 dozen large eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup milk
1- 21 oz can apple pie filling
3/4 cup raisins
Instructions: The night before serving, fill the bottom of 2 9x9 inch pans with half the bread cubes. Layer the cream cheese first, then the apple pie filling, followed by raisins. Add remaining bread cubes on top. Beat egg, maple syrup, and milk together. Pour mixture evenly over both pans of bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
