Ingredients: 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
In medium mixing bowl, pour milk over oats and let stand 5 minutes
Then add:
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar + 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions: Combine and stir
Heat oil - frying pan - add batter, cook pancakes until bubbles break and edges are cooked. Turn and cook on other side. Make 8 pancakes.
