Ingredients: 1/4 teaspoon oleo
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 pint sour cream (8 ounces)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/4 pound nuts, pecans
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions: Mix butter and sugar. Cook a little.
Beat the eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
Mix sour cream and baking soda.
Add flour and salt. Mix well.
Add together the nuts and mashed bananas.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
