 Corn Bread Recipe

Yield: 5 servings 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-pupose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 400'F. put 1 Tablespoon veg oil in 9inch pan and put in oven to heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt. Add buttermilk, and remailing oil, and egg, stir just to blend. Pour batter in preheated pan. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool (if you can wait), and serve. ENJOY!
