Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
dash vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup coffee made stronger by adding 4 teaspoons freeze dried instant coffee
1 cup sour cream

Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons soft butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry (stir; do not beat). In separate bowl, cut flour and brown sugar into soft butter (for topping) till crumbly. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour batter into 9" x 13" greased baking pan. Pour topping over top and press into batter slightly with spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
