Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
1 bunch chopped scallions
1 large chopped red pepper
8 ounces crab meat
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
8 large eggs
2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs





Instructions:
Butter 12 ramekins well or 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baking dish or ramekins and put into larger shallow pan. Add water to about 1/2 full of shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
