Ingredients: 1 pie crust
1/2 cup frozen spinach
4 oz. Crab meat
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup buttermilk
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp. unbleached white flour
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tsp. nutmeg
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spinach according to directions. Sprinkle crab and then spinach on pie shell. Combine rest of ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 30-40 minutes or until set in middle.
