Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup yogurt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
Whole nutmeg grated for garnish
Instructions: Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender. Blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups. Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
