Ingredients: Spinach 1 kilo
3 spoonfuls of flour
Ricotta Cheese 400 gram
Parmesan Cheese 200 gram
Nutmeg / Salt / Pepper
Instructions: Boil the spinach and leave to drain.
Mix all ingredients well and make small croquettes, similar to gnocchi.
You can add the gnudi to any sauce you like, though we advice a simple tomato sauce. Add the gnudi directly to the sauce and boil briefly.
